Nice work, but I think 12 An-74MPA is too much. IMO more realistic would be 6 or 8 machines, but that's just my opinion.

But from practical point of view, do Navy need 12 machines to patrol the sea border and economical zone? What is the disposition of those squadrons and do 1 of them work a training unit?

Well; does it really matter? This is a quality personal design add named "my dream." Let it be such.
