Eugenia-class gunboat The PG-35 (Eugenia) class gunboats were fast coastal patrol vessels built on an enlarged hull of the PG-25 class. The Eugenias were designed around new gun and missile systems of the early 70s. It's Mk70 76mm/70 could produce a higher rate of fire than previous guns, were faster tracking and used a more recent fire-control system, which made it highly effective against slow air targets and enemy boats/shore positions. A MkS4 missile launch system was also added somewhat ad hoc. While the launcher was made for close range air-defense, the RGM-6 missile gave it a 10km anti-surface capability which made it highly effective against distant surface targets. Eight boats made up the initial order in 1376, with another eight ordered in 1379 during rising tensions with the Aemoric Union. After war broke out months later, the PG-35s saw heavy action in West Siegmaria where two boats were lost to shore attack, and three more to aircraft. By 1415, must of the boats were disarmed and sold. Specifications Tonnage - 310 tonnes standard Speed - 41 knots Range - 1800nm at 14 knots Gun armament - 2xI 76mm/70 Mk70, MkS4 with RGM-6s |

Maki-class fast minelayer The Makis were the third class in a series of fast minelayers whose purpose was mine potentially active combat zones with speed and firepower to aid them. The Makis boasted a vastly improved speed of 33 knots, as well as high freeboard and flush deck for improved seakeeping and weather protection. Both vessels of the class served in the Freyatic Fleet, though there were meant to be an additional two which would've been commissioned into the Scyllic Fleet - which were cancelled to make space on the slipways for destroyers. Specifications Tonnage - 2200 tonnes standard Speed - 33 knots Range - 8000nm at 14 knots Armament - 2xI 127mm/45 Mines - 52 Ships in Class Maki - grounded, 1347 Jossman - scrapped, 1368 |

Sweet! Man, whenever I see this, I wish the camouflaging of surface warships would make a permanent resurgence. |

Mordred class corvette The Mordreds were coastal anti-submarine warfare commissioned before the start of the World War. They were heavily armed for their role, as they were expected to take fire from submarines brave enough to surface. At the outbreak of war, they guarded the Tanomagne Sea from Pan-Antaran submarines, however most ultimately ended up offshore fire support where they were needed more. Specifications Main battery - 2x2 100mm/45 Speed - 21 knots Displacement - 800 tons Ships in class Mordred - sunk by shore artillery, 1343 Stenter - scrapped, 1350 Hoffman - sunk by aircraft, 1342 Detzie - torpedoed by submarine, 1344 Carlia - scrapped, 1350 |

Fulca class corvette The Fulcas were born out of the experience of the Great War, that showed a weakness in Antara's coastal and harbour defenses, particularly against submersibles. These corvettes were the first ships of their size to adopt depth charges and hydrophones, along with destroyers. The Navy wanted at least 60 vessels, which could patrol both the mainland coasts and her island territories. 17 vessels were completed before the budget for the class was slashed by naval reforms passed by the newly crowned Emperor William VI. Specifications Main battery - 1xI 100mm/45 Secondary battery - 76mm/50 Speed - 19 knots Displacement - 680 tons Ships in class Fulca - scrapped, 1350 Elan - sunk by aircraft, 1342 J. Foster - sunk by shore batteries, 1342 Chambers - scrapped, 1350 Jackson - scrapped, 1350 Releigh - scrapped, 1350 Mason - scrapped, 1350 Warren - scrapped, 1332 Velasquez - torpedoed by submarine, 1344 Turner - scrapped, 1349 Bond - sunk by aircraft, 1342 O'brien - scrapped, 1350 Wilkerson - mined, 1342 Stephens - scrapped, 1350 Banks - scrapped, 1350 Cunningham - scrapped, 1350 F. Foster - grounded, 1343 |

I've updated my Maizono class with some additional drawings by Imperialist, who did the ship in service by Siegmaria Updated text blob is as follows: The Maizonos had an export variant known as the Diamantberg class, though only one was completed before it was seized by the Antarans for the Great War. After the war, the vessel was given to the Sieg Navy, who now occupied the original client. This was done as a gesture of good will. Ironically though, Diamantberg would serve into the World War, where she fought against the Antarans and was sunk in 1345 by aircraft. |

Vescadia class armoured cruiser/battlecruiser The Vescadias were originally classified as armoured cruisers, but were later changed to battlecruisers to more suite the current trend in naval design and role. These warships served as battle scouts and cruiser squadron leaders due to their quick speed of 30 knots and long range 305mm artillery which allowed it to choose its fights. Both vessels saw extensive service in the Great War and a further 10 years afterwards. They were kept in the reserve fleet, receiving only minor modernisation until Vescadia was sunk as a target ship, and Cheridon was sold for scrapping at the end of the 30s. Specifications Tonnage - 15.1k tonnes standard Speed - 30 knots Range - 8000nm at 10 knots Armor - 178mm belt, 203mm turrets and CT, 50mm deck Main battery - 2xII 305mm/45 Secondary battery - 4xII 203mm/45 Torpedoes - 4 533mm broadside launchers Ships in class Vescadia - sunk as target ship, 1325 Cheridon - scrapped, 1331 |
