This was the second design of the Greek Heavy cruiser following the earlier Konstantinoupolis Class.
There was 2 ships of the class, RHNS Kanaris & RHNS Miaoulis

Length: 165m
Breadth: 16m
Draft : 6.5m

Speed : 30 kts

Armament : 3x2x8'' , 3x2x4'' DP A/A guns, 4x1x40mm A/A guns, 3x4x12,7 mm A/A machine guns, 2x3x21'' T/T

I use the British Round Badge for the ship's ensign...

This one I like very, very much! It has the classic York/Exeter/Leander-lines, while combining some features from French practice as well as German. Only one thing, though. As of 1933, I doubt the ship would've carried such an elaborate funnel cap. It looks nice, kinda unique, but I'd fit it for a ship of 1937/38 instead.

Perhaps this ship pioneered the elaborate funnel cap. A very nice cruiser again, well done!

Excellent design, Navarchos. I like everything about it. Beautiful job on the gun turrets and your rendition of the hull plating is also a very nice touch. Well done, Sir.

An outstanding work of art. Another very plausible AU cruiser. I like how simple the lines are, the superstructure is uncluttered but has everything you need.

Fantastic drawing!
Only thing that bugs me is why the ship on the badge fly a turkish flag...?

Thanks a lot guys!
I can remove the cap and it can be added again a few years later...1938 for example!

As for the Turkish Flag in the Badge....
Constantinos Kanaris was one of the best Rebel Admirals during the Greek Independense War.
The best way to fight the Turks at the sea were by fireships...a small boat full of flamable material and black powder
was attached to the Turkish ships while at anchor or alongside (usually night time for better cover) by the Rebels and
they fire it up!...The Rebels were evacuating the area by a smaller boat or swimming....later on a huge fire, shortlly folloed
by an explosion spread the fire to the Turkish ship...Usually the results were devestating for the Turks ...
Kanari was an expert to this type of attacks!!!...so in the Badge is pictured a combination of a Turkish ship with a Greek hand
holding a torch ready to fire it...

I agree with everything previously said! I love the blend of "looks" from several different country's ships, its a good balanced design, and great drawing.
