Interesting idea :)
One small remark is that those small guns near the third turret, will be overpowered by the blast of the main guns firing on the beam. The main guns are very big, with blast effect to match, so I think you might want to consider re-loacating them

My opinion is that any battlewagon laid down after 1925 would have fully enclosed rotating directors for the main battery and some sort of aviation facility(ies). The USN ones are, I think, the ones that most closely match your current arrangement, with a shallow turret above a spotting top.

That's a great looking hull by the way.

I'd move the secondary battery mounts to amidships to move them away from the turrets.

You also might want enclosed mounts to protect the crews from blast. Look at the measures that were taken by the Japanese to protect the crews on the Yamato. Even light weapons (25mm) were enclosed when she was originally completed.
