Yeah, I'm pretty sure, thats what the RFs are supposed to be. Two of them on the bridge wings would be enough and would follow German practice. Btw: The camo seems to be a mashup of camos worn by Lützow and Nürnberg in 1943 when in Norway. (For Lützow see: http://shipbucket.com/drawings/6901) The real ships didn't use that much white like wargaming does, though. edit: From what I just read about the Hippers, the RFs could apparently also be used as Torpedo directors. The Hippers had 3 of them btw. (one on the bridge and two on the bridge wings) |

Thanks a lot for this info, I learned much more from this endeavor than I expected, considering I went into this head-first with almost no research just to get an easy project done. |
