If you're keeping TLAM with the AAW capability, be sure your VLS is Strike Length, since that's the only one that'll hold a TLAM. That also opens the door for Standard and the larger Aster missiles.

Sweet. I'd hate to be on the business end of that beastie. 80 rounds per minute of 5" shells, 20-24 rounds per minute of 8" shells, and a massive volley of those rockets...It's a whole case of whoop-ass.

Well it's very very close to the USN designs that were developed and shown in Friedman's US Amphibious Ships and Craft
