The propulsion is post WW1
The weapons are also post WW1 I think.

Actually, he uses 14 inch Quad guns (Or dual depends).

I would suggest the 15 inch duals instead, since the 14 inch (From KGV class) wernt alive in the time with that hull design.
Plus the 15 inch could be used better in ww1-2 time.
Since the 14 inch where a new design (Especially the quads).

The thing at the back is the officers mess.
The last guns barbette fits in between the shafts.

I will move the funnels.

About the same as most of the ship about 50 feet-ish.

even if it fits, you have another problem: your foremost and aftmost guns are outside of the armoured belt.
to suggest some changes to you, and to show you how it looks, I made a few changes to your design. not all are perfect, but that would be what I would do with it. IMO, it looks a lot more realistic and more battleship-ish.
