not bad (better then your battleship, that's for certain)
few points though:
- the funnels should be more or less where your tt's are, and I would use 2.
- the prop and rudder are way to big, and are designed for an single prop arrangement.... something I hope your ship is not.
- you will want an 3rd and maybe an 4th turret aft.
- the hull shape looks like an WW1 destroyer, and, IIRC, those weapons are WW2.
- there is a bit too less freeboard aft, IMO.

correct: funnels should be where the boilers are offcourse you intended to say And one just don't spread them everywhere they please they eye, but instead, goes with out saying that first thing you consider when one starts to desing his own destroyer is the propulsion and machinery and their arragments. In constained hulls like old DD's, its the sinlge most cruisal factory regarding the whole desing is there underneath the hull, between the stern and bow.

that is indeed what I meant. now I read back it was indeed not that clear, I meant of course that they should be on top of the boilers, which most of the times are amidships

I recommend looking at these 2 (or other dd's of the same time era) for the size and layout of the propulsion, and maybe the hull design a bit as well.

My two cents:

*The second turret kind of removes any space around it, therefore I would not put any port holes below it.
*Way to much open space when there can be weapons, boats, equipment etc
* copy-pasting?
*Funnel looks like the one from your battleship and looks rather silly
*My last point and I will regularly harp on about this; spread out life-rafts!You don't want the life rafts in the same spot if there is a fire there! you need about 4-8 life rafts and maybe two boats
