much better already, but the best would be a twin prop arrangement like other ships of that time

then the prop is way to large and the stern has an really weird shape. look at these pics

I will do the prop but I like the stern as it is unique.

Not much needed to finish this really except move the funnels forwards because other wise your engines are going to be cramped (which will reduce speed and class overall rating). the bridge is pretty featureless and give it something elaborate. The gun behind the bridge could be removed and the fore funnel could be put there.

Also a last point, for when you've finished the ship is to "anti-aliase" the "Country, Class name" in the corner so it's single pixel thick

Bridge is still letting the design down, you could lower the fore funnel so they are level
