I think the NCR might have a few patrol boats with rocket launchers and HMG's. Maybe the odd auto-cannon.
They just don't have the production capacity for this sort of thing... However, it's fun to imagine though eh

However, to be enclave, this thing needs more lasers.

I was working on a design for a Rail Gun. That sounds like the Enclave I think. Either that or a ungodly large Plasma Cannon

I do have some Laser weapons on board. All the CIWS is based off of laser turrets from Fallout.

And yeah, lasers are there... but not enough

That'd be interesting to look at. A giant fat man?
