and have you used the template for the full hull? IIRC, the boat should be a bit higher then.

Very nice, You should use the full hull template for this. Ace is right, this is the water-line template, which is 1000X330 pixels. Full hull template is 1000X385 pixels.
Other than that, I believe it is comlete to SB standards.

Thanks to all for help, I think this is it now. Have added a few other details, for instance, many LCAs have a pair of life rings on their engine deck, and I've represented that with a thin dark red line.

very nice. I would only like to see some representation of the rollers on the landing door, other then that it looks ok to me..... apart from that black line at the bow. what is it???

after that, I have 2 requests:
could I add it (when it is finished) to the small craft sheet I am working on?
if you like, could you make this variant of it? [ img ]
if you don't do it, I'll do :P (it is an version used at point du hoc, it shoots 6 hooks to lock on to the cliff over there.

I think it's supposed to be the waterline

Yes, it's the waterline- is that not correct? it appears on some SB drawing, not others.

Happy to refine with rollers, and I'll take a look at the pont du hoc boats too- they did come up in research. Feel free to add to any and all small craft sheets or whatever- would be great to have them collated!

waterlines are NEVER in shipbucket drawings. that is why ships are placed on templates at exact positions ;)
