Again I would be happy for comments and corrections

On the face it looks ok to me, but.... You have to put it in a sb-template with measure line, nation and class name, eventually the vessels name and credit. This is mandatory! Another thing: we all try to avoid attachment (except when it is uploading time) so we not jam the server. Please find you a picture host server (PhotoBucket and Majhost are two I just recall but there are many more)
