The original Nelsons @ 23 knots were 3-4 knots slower than what may have been ideal. A different design as below, would certainly alter their nicknames, no more Nelsol & Rodnol. The Nelson is as rebuilt through to 1940 with 5.25" and more AA. The Rodney is as in WW2 with original 16x6" and 6x4.7AA and smaller.

The engine space on those two is going to be mightily cramped, there is only 15m for engine space!, the funnels(hence boilers below) are very far aft

being that small it would probably have to be diesel engines which would make for much smaller smoke stacks .

Not a bad effort Nigevids,but you need to clean up the drawing a bit especially around the aft 5.25" where there is a lot of leftover pixels ;)
