It doesn't quite follow the Shipbucket standards - I immediately spot a few shading and coloring issues. Such a shame, really, as it's overall quite good.

I agree, it looks very nice except for non-standard colors.
I'd recommend you to go through the guidlines and check out this template for some pretty good examples.
Nice one!!!! Shade on windows is only allowed by one pixel slightly darker of the same color by overhang though. Cool, can she operate a helicopter aboard aft?

Yeah you guys can shaddow windovs (taken that you know what you are doing and not just throwing stuff around), but Not shade. Aside the color is not standard, we use rather perky blue
