I had to create a circumstance where the United Kingdom of the Netherlands survives into the 20th Century, so yes, in my alternate timeline it has a king during this period. He is Christoffel I of the House of Orange-Saxe-Coburg which was created by a political marriage between the two predominate royal families of Holland and Belgium during the 1830's. This union went a long way to smoothing over the divisions between the Dutch and French-speaking majorities in the country - allowing it to prosper during the latter half of the 1800's.

Cheers!
