nice start..... a few points come up in my mind though.
quite nice! a few comments:
- the mast looks fatter on the render then on your drawing
- the circular part on the mast looks like the IFF from the I-mast, you might be able to copy that from the existing drawing of that
- the bridge equipment looks off.
- the radar you have drawn on the bridge wing is most likely an oto melara hitrole
- I think the paintscheme would be that of the dutch navy ships. at least the superstructure grey is, I am not certain about the lower hull colour.
- the underwater hull needs some work, try to work with the hull shading rules (ask me if you need help ;) ) it might be best to do a check of the above the water hull shading too, while you're at it.
- I miss the wavebreaker and small structure under the gun and VLS.
- cut out that shading inder the satcoms at the side, and shade those shipbucket standard :P
- you have the bridge wing lines drawn with dark grey, but the hangar lines (which are the same angle) in black. those should be grey, as well.

other then that, quite nice!

parts do never require credit, if you found them on part sheets. if you took parts from other ships, you can find the names of the authors on their template, but that is only done if it really was a copy-pase of for example a hangar or mast or other big part.
