That image of the Emma Maersk, posted by Heuhen will help you in the electronics as well as the bridge structure, I meant.
On the bridge you have several radars, as well as a small radar on the mast forward.
The bridge is more enclosed, and the boat is positioned in parallel with the length axis of the ship instead of at right angle on your ship.

Alright I made some changes.

-More radar
-Moved around the bottom of the tower and the lifeboat. The tower, reactor and rear of the ship have capacity for 100 people each in lifeboats for total capacity of 300.
-Made some small changes to the bridge layout and tower layout.
-Helicopter deck is now flush with the main deck, mainly used for emergencies anyway.
-Reduce the number of thrusters. I still don't really want to lose them. So I reduced it from 5 to three.

I think you may want to redesign that bow structure, as I doubt the usefulness of it's shape.

I am still new to all this so you really have to be more specific. Make it longer?

I would still recommend having a central skeg with the thrusters in them and having the propeller shafts going trough the water on their own warship style. right now you have 2 inline stern thrusters of which one does all the work and the other has cavitation problems, causing both of them to suffer.

having a david lifeboat behind a crane kind of defeats its purpose, unless it is craned out, which means it is no longer usable for emergencies.

what are the lines on the side of the hull and superstructure?

Well you'r lifeboat looks like they can handle 60-70 person. Just look how big Norsafe lifeboats are, for an 106 person lifeboat.
