Uniforms of infantry of the german Guards Corps (Gardekorps) in the years prior to World War 1 (from ca.1911-1912 only as parade dress).
1st row: 1st foot guards regiment; Uniform of soldiers of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th foot guards regiments; Soldier of the 5th foot guards regiment; Soldier of the 1st Grenadier Guards regiment; Uniform of soldiers of 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grenadier Guards regiments.
2nd row: 5th Grenadier Guards regiment; Soldier of the Guards Fusilier Regiment; Soldier of the guards jaeger batallion; Soldier of the guards rifles ("schutzen") batallion; Soldier of the guards engineer ("pioneer") batallion.

German heavy cavalry from 1870ies till 1912-1914, when most regiments recieved new feldgrau uniform.
1st row: Lifeguards ("Garde du Korps") regiment - parade dress, Lifeguards regiment - field dress, Guards Cuirassier regiment - parade and field dress.
2nd row: Army cuirassiers (3rd East-Prussian cuirassier regiment "Graf Wranger" depicted) in parade and field dress, Saxonian "Schwerer reiter" (literally heavy cavalryman).
