Chernihiv is a historic city in northern Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Chernihiv Oblast (province).

Displacement: 2 900 / 3 800 t.
Dimensions: 121,8 (max) х 13,0 х 4,2 m.
Machinery: 2 steam turbine, 4 boilers, 2 shafts, 2 x 30 500 shp = 61 000 shp, 35 kts. Range: 4200 m/18 kts, 1200 m/33 kts. Bunker 800 t oil.
Armament: 3x2 127/38 mm (250) dual purpose gun, AA: 7x2 40/56 mm (1000), 11x1 20/70 mm. 2x5 533 mm TT, 50 mines, 56 depth charges.
Complement: 22 / 22 / 292 = 336.

I like these 5-inch ships. Are they built in the US or are the guns imported to Ukraine?

More very nice ships 8-)

I have to ask why does the hedgehog (on stern) look like its firing backwards ?

The guns imported to Ukraine. Built in Mykolaiv.
