One more quick update based on JSB's comment: I added some shading to make the superstructure appear contoured at both the extreme bow and stern portions of the structure.

Shading on the fore side of the superstructure should be a highlight, not a shade.

New version with redesigned bridge and surrounding area. Enlarged the spars on the masts in order to accommodate the rigging that will be added soon. Changed shading on the bow part of the superstructure to highlighting.

1) add boats x lots (find on part sheet threads)

2) change railings colour

3) darken hull shading (slightly not to as dark as shading on superstructure)

4) add darker lines on shading in superstructure.

5) keep adding small details (more the better as long as it doesn't start to look to cluttered)

6) put on template and add you name !

Thanks. I was going to add boats and rigging next as well as some other minor adjustments.

A little more editing around the bridge. Added the ship's boats. Added rigging (sloppy, but it's a start). Changed railing color to black.

I find that using the line tool with a brush size of 1 and no antialiasing works wonders for rigging.

Sorry to say this (hope you don't mind my opinion) but, the rigging looks sloppy (use a line or curve tool wobbly rigging isn't worth adding) (and I would add it last as it unless you are using 'layers', get the ship fully finished and then add rigging IMO).

Also the black railing is a no for shipbucket if you want it to fit in style wise.

Here is an example for railing color.

New update with better rigging using the line tool and dark gray railing color instead of black.
