Yeah, that's annoying :? Your proposal is logic but logos aren't always logic. I'm really p...ed that I haven't been able to find that postcard again. That time I think the quality of the file was to bad to bother save it. Right now I feel stupid :evil:

Here's a couple of badges for HMS Challenger. The first one - drawn by Charybdis - is for the unique Seabed Operations Vessel that was sold 1990 caused by the defence cuts. This drawing reminds me that I've got a WIP for the badge for the survey ship (1932-1954) and urged me to complete that, which is the second ;)

From my Christmas project I've got this single RN badge, the badge for HMS Flying Fox. Flying Fox was originally a sloop for WWI, but commisioned in 1918 she was already outdated. She became a drill ship moored up in Bristol until 1972. Today the badge is still in use by RNR shore establishment in Bristol ;)
