thanks  , this is Signaal(Thales) LIROD 8 Lightweight Radar Optronic Director. Thai Navy install in 5 ships about 1980-1990. Argentina install in MEKO 360H2 Almirante Brown-class destroyer, Peru install in BAP Almirante Grau (CLM-81). well, seems like that is still undrawn then. if you could draw it and post it here..... I don't have the time this week to do it myself, most likely, but if you try and can't get it to work, just pm me and I'll see what I can do. |

I just found out the I-mast 400 drawing seems to be 10% too big. I am going to check with other sources soon, but the source I am now working with (official ship plans) most likely have it right. |

I have never been terribly satisfied with the drawing of the Variant radar -- indeed, so much so that it has kept me from using it in some personal designs  I believe this is a much more accurate rendition. Size data is straight from Thales (PDF warning) ![[ img ]](http://i.imgur.com/Nm4bqOE.png)
