Im sorry colo, but if you have actually seen the picture of the turret, you would have read:
''5''/38 mark 12 single'' is below the turret.

But. Golly shows a lift up on the back of the turret.

The lit isen't importan factor IMO, I just added it becouse the linedrawing I used had it (and the turret itself has it). I didn't do the reversion becouse of the missing lid (when closed it becomes so small feature that it is actually rather difficould to reproduce in our scale) , but becouse of the edges of the turret and how to present them.

I'm not really sure what Mitch is trying to say.... is this a drawing of the d"/38s from the DD classes that preceded Fletcher? I believe those turrets were slightly different, but I could be wrong. Posting this from my phone at work and so can't verify, sorry.

Those are on the docket for future changes. My main goal with this update was to pull the last of that ugly inaccurate Standard missile.

The current side view is fine. It effectively indicates the system in place without being massively out of scale or superbly inaccurate. There is very little to see from the side in real life.
