It must do. They have a chameleon circuit, which disguises them... if that is disabled, rather than damaged like the doctor's, then it would revert, no? Plus, they are apparently grown, like coral or some such, so there must be at least a sort of... young form?

There may also be a problem with the 'planet of origen'; depending on the year, which is not shown, but I'm assuming its current, (unless a temporal time vortex is operative) there will no longer be a planet Gallifrey. So you might consider the Earth as the planet of origen? :geek:

Yeah, I was going for the Doctor's TARDIS, as pictures of newer models are few and far between.

Well, yes, no further objections as to planet of origin; and having host planets dematerialise is analagous with comparable situations with Earth nations that no longer exist but are still used as the actual host for the drawing. Not to mention the many AU nations that proliferate. And of course, Gallifrey does have iconic status, and, may well return by use of the aforementioned temporal time vortex. :ugeek:

Possibly, but in "Time and the Rani" there is another TARDIS that's shaped like a pyramid, in the middle of a rock quarry. Perhaps this is a TARDIS's natural state? :geek:
