@ Nighthunter ~ I don't suppose you'd be kind enough to list all the Irish Air Forces land based bases, including Schools, Barracks and Airfields would you please old chap :?:

I've been trying for ages to pin these down for British and American Air Stations before and during WWII when air coverage was at its peek for the Western Approaches.

There's Casement and Gormanstown used be used, can't think of any other bases the Air Corps used. If the P31 class had worked out they would have had helicopters based in Cork but that never worked out.

AFAIK only Casement has been used in recent years certainly, with Gormanston being used basically as a target range.
