... I drew this one just because I liked the squadron emblem and needed a maritime patrol plane to go with it. I will probably revise the aircraft markings later on.

Yeah... I noticed you had a similarly-named company after I had gone through and changed all the references to Mitsubishi. Anyway, seems yours is "McMillan" whereas mine is "MacMillan" (and they do exist in different universes).

As for the drawing being detailed, well that's the work of Darth Panda. I've just been recoloring and adding external stores (a big enough job in and of itself...)

These are all straight copies of USN emblems from WW2. I like the cartoon character mascots much more than today's WHEELIN DEATHDEALIN GUNFIGHTIN STORM SHADOW GHOSTS squadon emblems.
