It is indeed resized, they changed the site in Devianart and I couldn't find out how to upload the image full size.

Note that HLK is perhaps the only country without any state owned airliner, they are all private.
The US has no state owned airliner either. ;)

I actually think most countries don't have a state owned airliner, what changed in your universe that all nations decided to own an airline?

I edited that note. Some nations have (or had) a state airline and privatized it, or vise versa for various reasons. The point is that in my universe Olympic Airways is still owned by Onassis family, being a part of Olympic Enterprises Group, which includes banks, shipping, constructions etc.

In real world Greece received used HU-16B from Norway, before these did not had any maritime patrol aircraft. But in my scenario, Hellenic Kingdom received PB4Y Privateer from USA in 1949-50 and replaced them with Lockheed SP-2H Neptune in 1965. More SP-2H were purchased through USA Military Assist funding until 1972, in total 16, all numbered from "701" to "716". The Neptune remained in service until mid 1980's, last flying aircraft retired in 1986. Their successor was the P-3C Orion, of which 12 were ordered into the 1980-84 Five Year Defense Plan and received in 1985-87. The Neptune in RHN service was fitted with more powerful APS-20 radar, and a locally modified acoustic processor. Some were also fitted with the indigenous HASM-1 missiles with IR guidance in mid 1970's.

Since 2002 HLK has its own Ministry of Emergency Situations and Civil Protection. As name suggests, the structure of the ministry is between French Sécurité Civile or Italian Protezione Civile and Commonwealth of Independent States/Russia Ministry of Emergency Situations. It includes both the National Center for Direct Aid (or EKAB, Εθνικό Κέντρο Άμεσης Βοήθειας) which provides ambulance and air-ambulance services and the Hellenic Fire Service. NCDA/EKAB operates a large fleet of heavy, light, utility ambulances plus specialized all terrain ambulances for mountain villages. There is also a air ambulance service with helicopters and fixed wing aircraft spread out to islands and mainland. Moreover, there is a fleet of marine ambulances for serving smaller islands. Healthcare services in larger islands is developed enough to cover at least 80-85% of health issues, with Cretan hospitals capable of >95%, being the local healthcare center for Dodecanese in southeast Aegean. In mainland, each province capital has also advanced healthcare facilities to minimized as possible air transport to Athens and Thessaloniki. Both cities are the South and North healthcare centers of Hellenic Healthcare Service. Both public and private healthcare hospitals exist. Generally the structure is based on OTL, but much improved.

Here is an Eurocopter EC-135 of NDCA/EKAB AU and a Rockwell OV-10T. In total 24 and 8 respectively, also Hellenic Army Aviation operates 15 OV-10T and 46 OV-10X(H), plus 16 OV-10X(H) in Hellenic Navy Marines Aviation. NDCA/EKAB AU helicopters are EC-135P2 (24), MD-902 (12) and AW-169EMS (24).
