Pan-Am inherted 11 DC-10-10 and 5 DC-10-30 in 1980 after its merger with National Airlines. All but one (which went to United Airlines in 1985) were sold to American airlines between 1983 and 1984.

Great work @BB1987. I always liked the Pan Am livery.

Btw a more general thing: is it just me or do others have the same problem with pictures posted via photobucket and recently imgur. When I want to seve them I have to make a right-click and choose show image before I can save them. Otherwise I cannot watch the saved datas.

Dunno. I can save images without having to go through the "show image" step. Might it be a browser "issue" (I have firefox)?



Pan-Am, Boeing 747-200 (cargo):


Clipper Mercury was leased from World Airways from 1974 to 1979 (the red cheatline at the bottom is a remnant of the original WA livery), Clipper Bald Eagle was owned by Pan-Am and delivered new in 1979 but was sold to Japan airlines in 1983 when PA shut down its dedicated cargo division.
