12-13 meter. for removing all the snow down to the road they had to use specialized equipment. and even them had to do it in two turn: first remove the top 5-6 meter then back off and remove rest. in an operation like this, it's not unusually to have 3-5 trucks, tractors, etc. to do the work, on the same road.

Pretty impressive amount of snow, something we Aussies never see.

Here's a neat pic of the Armored cruiser Rurik and the submarine Akula in 1913. External torp storage is notable.

A very beautiful, colorized photo of the SMS Derfflinger, presumably on her way to/from a battle sweep.

That picture can be dated as post-Jutland, probably 1917/18, due to him (yes, German ships are masculine!) having the heavy tripod with the enlarged FCS tower on top; square balsa rafts and the white aerial recognition roundels

Very nice indeed. The HSF has always had a special place to me for their designs.

Skipping forward a few years after that, here is Gneisenau viewed from Admiral Hipper during Operation Juno, 1940;

Or if you would prefer WW1, here is HMS Valiant and SMS Baden together, though whether it is before or after the scuttling is unclear;
