Depends on what you mean by multi turret.
T-28 style or CROW style?

I don't think he meant what is essentially an automated machine gun...
The T-28 thing just wouldn't be particularly useful in the modern day. It just makes your tank taller, slower (Compared to the same design without another turret), and reduces capacity for shells. So no, this would not be good.

Also increases complexity, which is something modern tanks decidedly do not need.
