Can this class of vessel accomodate a Tactical length Mk 41? I'm interested to see if ASROC can be carried...

The VLS cells on the F-100 (and future Hobart) are capable of handling ASROC, yes. However there is no intention of carrying ASROC on either Spanish or Australian ships.
