warship projects forum is atleast down for me, but I recall it working atleast yesterday

The entire phpbbplanet network is down. Even their homepage. My old forum was hosted by them and its gone now as well. I think it happened Monday.

Thanks. That's what I suspected, but I'm glad to confirm it's not just me.

Regretfully, I would not hold my breath. When dealing with phpbbplanet with my forum, they seemed sort of a bare-bones type of company and the main reason I moved my forum was that I had little faith that they would be around much longer.
