I work mostly on 1 machine, but are backup in many areas, I am the 4. in line when it come to as Biesse-CNC expert, I repair almost anything (sometimes, my technician, ask me if he can repair it!! :lol: ):

I have it easy, the CNC-machine do all the work. The robot load in and load out material, but also load up the correct program, everything is automated.

But with all the automation you can get some, funny...:

I have approxly tools for $250.000 mounted in the machine and five 300mm diamond saw, and tools for $100.000,- in reserve.... I can buy a house for less in Norway. :shock:


But all I have to do when I get home, is just go out the door, turn right walk for 30-45 minutes, and I am up in the mountains.
