The new missile "Thor ER" under development by Norway (Kongsberg, Nammo and Norwegian (miliatr)defense research institute) and USA. the question is: is the Thor ER basically, a upgraded ESSM with Ramjet? |

A model they show last year indeed have large similarity to basic ESSM with small changes on shape of aerodynamic surfaces and ramjet intake in forward section. |
