I found this on a drawing of the former Schelde Marinebouw (now Damen Naval)
i just dont know what weapon it is , it looks like somekind of anti-sub mortar to me, i want to draw the whole vessel but without this weapon is nothing.

It looks like a dual barrel version of the Bofors 375mm type 71 ASW launcher

NickD Is correct! Its the Bofors 375 mm twin barrel ASW RL and Currently still remains in use with Brazil (Niteroi Class), Indonesia (Fatahillah Class), Malaysia (Kasturi Class) and Nigeria (ErinMi class). While the 4 barrel version is still in service with Japan.
