Yes. In the basic style, the dark shadow color should be the same as the railing and rigging color.
I'll add a note about how wooden railing can be shown in different colors, and cotton/hemp rope in different colors as well.
Also it seems to lack altogether any mention on size and shape of "standard" portholes and on how the railings should be done (height, space between stanchions etc.)
I will try to add this today - maybe in a "common component standards" section?
