Thx for the input Mike.
As for the aft gun (X position) it's a question of barrel length. The base of the gun is in correct place.
The bridge structure and foreward eye will be remedied.
As for the pillars below the life rafts I don't understand, unless you mean the door, which I clearly forgot.

One more of the JMSDF ships.
The Akizuki were the most heavily armed with 3 5"/54 guns, 4 3"/50 guns in twin mountings, 4 21" torpedo tubes with reloads (4 torpedoes near the aft funnel on the port side) and depth charges, as well as Mk.108 ASW rocket launcher (Weapon Alpha).

Later the ships had ASW torpedoes added, the Mk.108 was replaced by a 4 barreled ASW rocket launchers from Bofors, and she got SQA-10 VDS, to enhance the anti-submarine capability (to be done later, hopefully by the end of the week)

That's one very narrow field of fire those torpedoes have. ASW on roids.

Torpedo tubes are for anti-ship torpedoes. I believe that if the wanted to fire them th life boats would be raised or some other solution.
Anyway this is how the ships appeared according to my source.
