Hello again

Part of my ongoing series about the Russian Black Sea Fleet: The Admiral-Nakhimov-Group of the Svetlana-Class of light cruisers.

They differed from their Baltic counterparts by being 800 tons heavier and eight meters longer, and by having stronger machinery (55.000 hp instead of 50.000 hp, although speed (29,5kts) and range (2.000 nm at 14 knots, a rather pathetic figure for ships of this size) were rated the same). Armour and armament were identical: a 76mm belt along most of the waterline and 25mm plating over nearly the entire hull, with two 20mm decks, and no less than 15 130mm/55 guns, two 63mm HA guns and two submerged 450mm tubes. Four were laid down for the Black Sea Fleet in 1913/4: Admiral Nakhimov, Admiral Lazarev, Admiral Istomin and Admiral Kornilov. None were completed during the war; their postwar guises have been drawn already by Golly. As completed, they were supposed to have looked like this:

Mighty fine work Garlic Design, what is the little plate below the forecastle hull with the two holes?

I seize this opportunity to congratulate you on the tremendous work you did on the russian baltic fleet.
I guess this one (and others) will be finished in your AU to keep pace with the huge increese of the ottoman naval threat?

I have to say, I thought Golly's Svetlanas were good but this is even better!
