In all seriousness, this could probably be printed out and tucked into the dust jacket of my library's copy of Naval Anti-Aircraft Guns and Gunnery.

Main sheet updated... every entry has been changed. Please delete any locally saved copies you might have.

Howdy Colo - great work - is there a 6" to 16" sheet somewhere that would still be required?

Not currently, no... I don't really plan on making one for guns larger than 8" as generally those are specific to each ship and not good candidates for mass production (or copy pasting in SB format).

Sorry for delayed response - just returned from a week of vacation. :)

To your questions:

1. I've done a few plan views for some of the components but I generally don't produce plan view drawings anyway, so I don't expect to make an accompanying plan view for each elevation view.

2. You could try drawing plan views for the various components if you want, or try drawing new components where necessary. Areas I haven't really covered (off the top of my head) are the auxiliaries, PT boats, the submarines, amphibs, and aircraft carriers. All of those units have unique components that don't generally apply to the battleship-cruiser-destroyer subset I normally focus on.

And of course, finding high-res photos or original yard plans of anything USN-related from the time period is always appreciated. :)
