Actually there isn't (as far as I know) a single, specified "Admin-approved new shipbucket window color" ;) but some users (beginning with Hood, I believe) have started to use more pale/greyish variation of blue, which can be found on some already posted drawings.

Here's a small sample - the largest section is the "basic" shade.

Only a minor remark: the light comes from inside the ship, as both fore and aft curved areas are shaded dark :P

Cool! Keep up the good work.
My only nit pick is that "waves" above the word "pullmantur" seem to cover the contour of windows.
