I tried to do a front view, but I am pleased with the results, specially with the field uniform.
It is also not so easy to find a scale which does not get too big pictures but where you can see at least some details.
The pictures are based on an old east german dress regulations manual I own, but the pictures there are similar to the pictures in the soviet dress regulations.
Nationale Volksarmee Uniform: Enlisted Men and Junior NCO
Fielddienstuniform = Field Service Dress Uniform
Dienstuniform = Service Dress Uniform
Ausgangsuniform = Walking Out Uniform
Paradeuniform = Parade Uniform
It was used also by other eastern european countries like Poland and CSSR but with more a green tone. The reason for using Strichtarn were probably economical, cause it was cheaper to produce then a "real Camouflage pattern". Before the east Germans used "Blumentarn".
They clamed, that this rain Camouflage would be specially good in the conferious forests of est Germany;)
These are just fantastic - it's great to see a much larger infantry profile that allows for so much more detail than Franscale or Soldierbucket (which obviously have their place when depicting squads or organizations)
