Looks fine overall though there are a few things that need more attention:
  • double-pixel lines like on the masts should be avoided
  • standard railings should be used (you can find them here)
  • text should be 14px for the title and 10px for the credits (10.5 and 7.5 font size if you're using Paint) and no anti-aliasing
  • there is very light gray haze all around the drawing that needs to be removed

Here is the "finished version" with all the amendments made that Whyme suggested (oh and the flag is not the Australian flag, it is the 1870 Victorian flag, hoisted before/whilst passing through the Suez canal)
