What's needed is to lose a turret forward and a turret aft, and lose at least one of your pairs of wing turrets.

Why it look fine to me.

I might take one or two guns out.

Because guns don't just sit on the top. They have large areas under them for turning them, supplying shells, etc. Too many of those will leave you with no space for little things like engines, and places for the crew to sleep.
